Hearsay
Elizabethtown scored quick, got a fumble, scored again, and were up 21-0 at the end of the 1st quarter. Bardstown awoke midway through the 2nd, and were unstoppable offensively in the 2nd half. Problem was, they were very spotty on "D." Bardstown took a 35-31 lead with 7 min to go on Ricky Harper's kicoff return for a TD, but allowed E-Town to drive it an score with 3:30 to go. Then Bardstown sputtered for the first time in the 2nd half, and E-Town hung on to win. Great ballgame.
