Bardstown/Woodford County Predictions

Featured Replies

Bardstown(0-1) travels to Woodford County(0-1) to play in the second game of the governors bowl thoughts.

I don't know anything about Woodford.

Bardstown showed some real flashes Friday night, more than I had thought they had. The defense has got to play much better out of the gate, but I think the offense will be OK. Maybe someone could share some of Woodford's strengths/weakensses.

Woodford has a great quarterback...assuming he's able to play Saturday. I hear he had a pretty good ankle sprain from the John Hardin game. Hope he heals in time to play. Word on the street is that he is a great kid too! Woodford is Shotgun oriented offense with more of a Texas Tech flare than West Virginia. Pretty good athletes all the way around. Bardstown will definitely have to step this week to get their first win. Go Tigers!

Anyone know anything about Woodford's defensive speed?

From what I've seen, they look to have decent team speed on defense. No real blazers...but definitely adequate. I saw a Woodford safety run down a sophomore tailback for John Hardin....can't be too slow on d.

Woodford Co. 28-20.
