I personally don't think it's necessary for this website. If every school posted about players who won awards at yearly banquets it would be pretty uninteresting for everyone else who didn't receive the awards.

 

Wow didn't you ever think that people are not interested in all the same things? There are probably as many people interested in things like this as there are so many of the other threads. I mean, I am sure there are many of us from Northern Ky who are 'uninterested' in lots of threads about things happening at schools hours and hours away from us, and no one complains about those. Lighten up, and only read the threads you are interested in!
