What does Somerset need to do to improve in 2008/2009? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

The obvious thing is to find a new coach. A coach that has a lot of patience. After losing 10 Seniors, the Jumpers will be young & inexperienced next year. If those young, talented players can grow together as a team quickly, Somerset can win some games. It will most definitely be a rebuilding year for the Purple & Gold.

I agree :thumb:... the future looks bright with some of the young talent....

SHS has a lot of things to overcome to allow the young talent they have to develop into the competitive group that they have been groomed to become. There still appears to be a lot of inner circle issues that I know that some hope will be resolved with a new coach. The potential is there, but the programs support system is not as strong as it needs to be.
