I am starting the campaign. With what he lost last season. To win his district, to win the region, and make it to Rupp Arena was truly remarkable for his squad after losing 86% of their offense from a year ago. The team had no varsity experience coming this season. He and Roscoe did a magnificent job.

Steve might have a shot against Hillary and Barack if he gets his name in soon.....lol

 

He did a nice job, probably his best....just ask Dave Fraley and he will tell you.

Sorry but this was one of the worst regions in the state of Kentucky the past year. How in the world can you expect him to get the Coach of the Year? He's a great coach and deseves acknowledgement for what he does year in and year out, but not this year.

 

There are plenty of more deserving canidates.

Don't think so.

Not one of the best, but not one of the worst either.

It wasn't one of the worst regions, but no way he deserves Coach of the Year either.

I believe I am more impressed with what Mike Clark and his staff at Shelby were able to accomplish this year.

It was in the botttom 25% this year and there are certainly more deserving candidates. He did a nice job but not COY type job.
