Musketeers pull out late victory

LLOYD — Greenup County got off to a hot start, but the Musketeers needed some last minute leadership to take down Lawrence County at home, 67-63.

 

With the game tied at 63-63 with just 49 seconds left, the Musketeers took their time to find the right look at the basket.

 

“We had plenty of time to score,” said Greenup County coach Chad Leach. “We wanted to make sure to get something in point blank range. We were able to do that.”
