In bold are our 5 Freshman that play varsity. Getting valuable PT on the varsity level for these guys. Future looks bright for the Cards.:thumb:

These kind of games a coach needs to put in the underclassmen to get valuable playing time. How much playing time did they receive? I tallied up 33 of the 80 points.

Daniels and Martin played most of the last quarter , Stenzel and Rogers played little more than a half, and Purvis probably played a little over a quarter, he was in and out a lot and it was hard to tell.

I am sure that Stenzel started, did Cory Rogers start?

Prep Basketball: Clark blasts Oneida

by Keith Taylor/Sun Sports Editor

Everybody played. Everybody scored.

George Rogers Clark High School boys' basketball coach Scott Humphrey cleared his bench and used all of his options in the Cardinals' 80-40 rout over Oneida Baptist Tuesday night at Norton Gymnasium.

Rogers, Miller, Bennett, Williams and Stenzel started.

Where's the OBI guy to explain what happened?

Realy there is no reason for what happened last night. Not to make excuses for them, if you go and look at the last four years OBI always plays bad right before their break. OBI's break starts Fri. NO excuse but thats the reason.

No your right, but GRC could not beat Clay, Jackson, Shelby Valley. Oneida had a chance to win all three games and they played without two starters. OBI is realy bad about playing on the road as well.

GRC beat Madison Central on their home court. They were ranked #4 in the State.

Great win for GRC, minus two starters for Madison Central.

Oneida had a good team but probably won't win the state tournament.:dancingpa
