I have resigned myself to the fact that Mason Co could very well lose the next 3 games in Hawaii. Not that I'm a pessimist, but just preparing myself in case it happens. :lol:

 

They play this great team on Thursday who has won the last two public New York State championships. They play Rice High School on Friday, they are #10in the country and I believe won the "private" New York State championship last year.

 

THEN on Saturday, they play the #1 team in Hawaii, Iolani, who beat the team from China last night by 14. They had also won 4 or 5 straight state titles before losing last year. No disrespect to ANY of the schools in the 5/3rd tournament, but those teams would be a welcome relief from this brutal schedule. :lol:

 

I know the kids are going to play hard, leave everything out on the court and as long as they do that, win or lose, I will be happy. :thumb:
