Another big win for the Falcons. Fort Campbell’s offense scored on its first two possessions of the game and the defense played awesome, pretty much shutting down Owensboro Catholic’s offense. Fort Campbell’s defense held Owensboro Catholic to 83 total yards and played very physical all night. Troy Turner had 217 yards and 3 TDs on the ground and CJ Croft threw for another. I think a couple of key points to FCs defense were that they completely shut down the run and kept OC on their end of the field almost all night. Twice FC punted the ball to the 1 yard line and I believe OC only crossed the 50 once or twice all night.

Now, shutting out OC is very impressive. As a NewCath fan, FC has been on the radar all season. Best of luck next week.

I'm beginning to wonder more if Ft Campbell is going to get scored against in the playoffs than if they're going to lose...They've really turned up the D a couple of notches the last 4-5 weeks...They've definately got the athletes to run the table...
