Only when the lights are flashing my friends... We check to see if the lights are flashing at BOTH ends of the school zone before the enforcement begins. I guess those flashing lights need to be "supersized" because peole sure don't pay them any attention...Oh, that's because they are all on their cell phones.. :mad:
