What a week! It sets up a classic showdown between Boyd County and Greenup County this week. Nonetheless, The ULTIMATE showdown stills hangs in the balance with Raceland and Russell possibly heading into week 10 both with undefeated conference records and a championship to be on the field!!! Looks like a great remaining conference year even with poor records.

 

This is why we need a "fictional" with hopes of becoming real conference with these 6 local teams. Even though many of the teams are going to the playoffs and still jockeying for playoff position, there still could be some "more" exciting football left if this conference existed.
