The Falcons led 36-0 at halftime and held Ft. Knox to -58 yards rushing for the game. Ft. Knox passed for 45 yards giving the Eagles -13 yards of total offense on the night. Great job Falcon defense.

QB C. J. Croft had 3 carries for 78 yards and 3TD's along with 3 TD passes.

Great job by the Falcons. The defense looked solid and the offense ran the ball at will. Probably one of the funniest things I’ve ever seen in a high school football game occurred in the Fort Campbell v Fort Knox game tonight. The FCs QB (Croft) executed a fake handoff to the RB and it was so good that if fooled the Referee who blew the play dead when the RB (who did not have the ball) was tackled. Meanwhile Coft was standing in the endzone with the football. The TD did not count because the play was whistled dead at the line of scrimmage. Overall it would not been funny except for the fact that the game was well in hand and FC had a commanding lead. In the end it did not matter since FC scored two plays later.
