Does anyone know of a student/athlete who competes in both of these sports? Is it possible?

I wouldn't think it was possible since the seasons are at the same time. Wrestling state tournament is around the same time as basketball regionals.

I dont think there could be anyway a kid could do both sports... and be successful.

not possible IMO

Jamarquis Handley was a decent basketball player who played varsity. He gave it up and wrestled his senior year placing third. I don't think anyone could do it in the same year though.
