I don't claim to know a whole lot about all of these teams, but several really surprise me:

Ashland - I knew they would be inexperienced and have some early trouble, but I expected them to mature quickly. I would have never seen them as 0-5.

Boyd Co - again I would have never seen them 0-5, I honestly expected them to win quite-a-few games.

Pais - I would have not expected them to lose many district games. I figured LCA, Raceland, and Paris would be competing for the district's number 1 spot.

Ashland - I knew they would be inexperienced and have some early trouble, but I expected them to mature quickly. I would have never seen them as 0-5.

Boyd Co - again I would have never seen them 0-5, I honestly expected them to win quite-a-few games.
