VB: Ryle at Simon Kenton Tonight

Should be a big match tonight in Independence amongst two of the best public school teams in NKY. Ryle will be looking to revenge its three game loss on Saturday to SK (Bluegrass Invitational SK won 25-21, 12-25, 15-10).

 

Can Simon Kenton do it again?

Revenge and oh boy was it revenge. You could see it in their eyes that they wanted it worse than SK. Intensity was in favor of Raiders all night.

 

Congratulations Raiders.

 

Only bright spot was SK freshman and JV both won in three.

If the Raiders played with that much heart & intensity every match they would be the #1 team in Northern KY.

Don't get carried away there Trigger. I think if they play to their potential they could remain a top 5 team all year, but I'm afraid #1 would be a stretch.

Indeed it was a nice article about her. She is a very solid middle blocker/hitter, specially only being a sophomore. She has a very bright future for the Raiders!:ylsuper:

Good match, poor officiating for both teams. Ryle won in three games.

just seemed like game kept getting interrupted due to uncertainty of calls, hate when there's lapses in game- throws off momentum. Also, some bad calls for girls being in net and ball being out of playing bounds because it was in rafters
