I had the privledge of meeting this young man last spring. We were talking about football, he mentioned he played for the Tigers then made mention of having o miss some upcoming practice. I assumed by talking to the kid and the way he handled himself that he was going to Governor's School but ,no, he had to get treatment for testicular cancer. His maturity was unreal.

This kid will be a success in life. I have zero doubt and will be rooting hard for this kid. How can you not?

That's a nice piece. For every story we hear about some high school athlete who's breaking the law, there are 10 untold stories about a great kid like this. Glad this one could be told.
