Bases loaded, bottom of the 7th, one out. The outfield is pulled in the ball is hit deep to center for a hit. The winning run crosses the plate, the runner on first goes to second, the batter touches first but the runner on second heads straight to home plate for the celebration. The 1st base coach frantically runs in amongst the celebration to get the runner from second to go and touch 3rd. Is there any appeal for this or is everything OK? I do know that every runner must go to the next base and touch that base but w/the runner on second running directly to home plate is there any call here to be made or not?

Not quite accurate, on every runner must go to the next base. If loaded and the batter safely reaches first, then the runner on 2nd, is at his own peril.

Thank you. I thought every runner had to touch the next base and that is why I thought the first base coach stormed the crowd celebrating and made him go to third and touch the base.

Team could throw out runner at 3rd but if there is only 1 out out recorded at 3rd but game is over as long as other runners advanced to next base

If we change the scenario slightly, this would be interesting:

 

7-6 score, bases loaded, bottom of 7th (or 9th, as the case may be), two outs. Batter hits home run. 3B runner crosses home, but 2B runner cuts across diamond to join his teammates at home in the celebration to await the batter-runner.

Almost. An appeal is not actually necessary for this call. The 2B runner is automatically declared out for "abandoning the basepaths" and since he would be the third out of the inning, the following runners (to include the batter-runner who hit the HR) would not score. 7-7 and we go to extra innings. Not sure what the hitter would be credited with offensively, but single makes sense since that would be the only base he would "legally" acquire.
