If Rachael Vanderhoof is able to comeback at 100% is she the best player returning in the 16th region?

She definately ranks up there, but I think you also have to list Seargent at East and Griffith and Ferguson at Elliott. Strait at Ashland will be tough as well. Spurlock is back I believe at Rowan. Eagle at Morgan. This is a very balanced year for the 16th Region.

East has several solid players returning.

Eagle at Morgan is a dandy.

I agree with Vanderhoof and Eagle from Morgan County is a great player. But also Williams from Menifee County is only a junior and a great player.

Imo if R. Vanderhoof can come back and play next season then she would have to be considered as the best in the region, at least in the top 2 or 3.

I'd have to say Strait no. 1, then Vanderhoof . Just because Strait 's team was really young and she still did well. Raceland was like Russell, really loaded with talent.
