Allison Stieg resigned after five very good seasons, leaving with a 112-41 record ... very impressive considering the program she took over was a chronic loser with something like 12 or 13 consecutive losing seasons. Tilghman made the final four in 2005, her third year on the job.

 

Tilghman was 24-5 last year and returns six of their top seven players. This could be a very good team next year.
