Brossart rolls to 12-1 win over Mason County

With the district baseball tournament set to begin next week, most coaches are making sure that their teams are focused on honing their skills in order to advance in postseason play. Mason County coach Mike Murphy, at this point, is trying to figure out if his team has a focus.

 

Unofficially, the Royals committed seven errors which directly resulted in several Bishop Brossart runs and the Mustangs galloped to an easy 12-1, five inning victory in the match up of 10th Region rivals.

 

The hard luck pitcher for Mason County was senior Kyle Marinaro who threw a respectable game but received little support from his defense.
