McKenzie Carter of Pikeville, will be playing college baseball this fall, for Asbury College. He's a LHP and plays 1B, along with OF.

If I'm not mistaken, Asbury is getting the baseball program back and they'll begin playing in the regular season in 2008. McKenzie will be one of many to help build that program back. :thumb:

 

It's good to see that these young men will be playing some Fall ball as well.

Congratulations MacKenzie. Been a pleasure to be around you and your family these past few years. Some of the greatest memories of my life will be the times spent traveling around playing summer and fall ball. It's kids like you that make this such a great game.

 

Good luck at Asbury. They are getting not only a fine baseball player , but one that truely defines what being a gentleman, and a scholar/athlete is.:thumb:
