Good question.

 

Right off I would say Hazard and Knott Central. Very competitive and can get heated.

 

Perry Central and Hazard is another great rivalry. And Powell and Lee. Those 3 are tops.

I agree with those three and add Powell County vs. Estill County as a growing rivalry in the 56th.
