I'd like to hear some opinions about who will have tough teams next year in all regions.

 

Let's take into consideration:

1. Returning starters

2. Team chemistry

3. Coaching

4. JV team in 06-07

5. Region

6. level of competition

 

I think many of the Lexington schools will be returning starters and unbelievable athletes...Scott Co. will be returning 3 starters (Lee, Hundley, Mackey) and Portwood, Adams, Phares, and Burchfield off the bench.

I think Scott Co. is obviously one of the teams to beat, as is Mason Co.

Mason County. Darius Miller is all you need to say.

Scott County. Hicks and Mackey what else do you need to know?

Elliott County will definately be a team to watch over at least the next two years with all 5 starters returning and the assistance from 8th graders being fully instituted into full-time varsity play.
