Rebecca Gray was named KY Farm Bureau 'athlete of the year!' Beaumont was the male winner.

Congrats Bee, see you soon!

Well done, young lady...and I'm sure there will be much more forthcoming.

Those of us who enjoy discussing such things on BGP have compared you and others with respect to talent, stats, future, etc...and let me say that it has always been with the utmost respect for you as a young person and player. Best wishes to you and your family...and again, congratulations.

Thanks to all for the kind words and to 3pt for starting the thread. Bee is quite appreciative and humbled by being presented this award. It will be a good week in May during the presentation.....Bee gets this honor and her older sister will receive her diploma with the '07 seniors at UK.

Himmel....Bee really looks forward to teaming up with Emily again for the KY/Indiana All-Star events. We'll actually get to practice a few times before we play this year. Bee may be sporting a face-guard though......she broke her nose at the East/West game Saturday.

Emily informed us all of that fact this evening at dinner (we were describing to others the way it happened). We wish her well...and, should it occur, it will be a treat to see them together on the floor again.
