Would that be a good situation for a young coach? Good facilities? Support?

I believe that getting assistants would be a problem. Schools usually have assistants that are part of the school system. I think the last 2 years he had one assistant that actually taught at Paris. The rest were volunteers so to speak. There is absolutley nothing wrong with that, but it helps to have your coaches in the school..

Athletic Boosters and several parents support very well. Like anything else enthusiasm gets everyone on board...
