Clay County girls won by 14 tonight. Phillips was player of the game with 11 points, 10 rebounds, and 2 assists. Roberts and Paige Jackson had 13 points each.

Good Win Lady Tigers!!

Not a great called game, and the lady Tigers didnt bring their A game but a win is a win.

Corbin was in this game until the last couple of minutes, they were down one at the end of the third quarter and missed a good look under 3:00 to go that would have cut the lead to two. Clay was just too good down the stretch and would not let Corbin get anything going offensively. The Lady Hounds have to get a lot more physical to stay with teams like Clay for 4 quarters..

Corbin could not have possibly shot any worse than they did in the second half of this game(3-16 in the 3rd qtr. and 0-11 in the 4th).
