You are not wrong and no one has an argument differently.

 

Bourbon would have a great chance to make the region in any other district. THey would finish as the 2 seed in the other 3 districts and would have a great chance to go to region from that seed. And yet they sit as a 4th seed in the 40th.

 

Seed, you mean some Districts seed? :D

I strongly agree....... Campbell should beat Brossart, if the play the way they been playing of late...
