No details other than knowing Newport led 14-0 to end the first quarter. Dayton finishes their regular season at home on Thursday night against Trimble County and I’m not sure on who Newport finishes against.

Newport Travels to Harrison County next Friday. Dayton was pretty banged up going into the game, but Newport took advantage of the momentum in the second quarter. Final 52-14. Dayton scored two touchdowns late. Hats off to Dayton for fighting until the end and making some plays early. Dayton was not going to just lay down without a fight. Newport was firing on all cylinders defensively and the offense went off most of the night.
