Broncos started the scoring with a nice opening drive and rushing TD. Later in the 1st quarter FD would surrender a score, and PAT to trail 6-7, then Douglass went up 12-7, and gave up a long Rebel TD run by the quarterback to trail 12-14.

The Broncos would score two TDs unanswered, making a successful 2 pt. conversion and PAT kick for the final margin.

Edit: this game actually counted as a Bluegrass Conference game, unlike the earlier Douglass loss at Boyle Co.
