Blake McPherson is a very good football player.

FS intercepts a pass and that will take us to halftime. Whites Creek leads 22-20. Speed vs. power with the difference being a two point conversion.

McPherson 18 yard TD run caps a long 8 and a half minute drive to start the second half. Two point conversion failed. FS 26-22 at 3:30 in third.

End third quarter FS 26-22. WC has it 4th and 16 at their own 45.

WC punts and FS will start at their own 40 leading 26-22 with 11:53 to go.

Wildcats have seemed to of worn down the Cobras defense, they’re light in numbers with a lot of their kids going both ways. That long drive to open the half broke their spirit.

Hampton 60 yard run sets up FS at the WC 3.

Yes Whites Creek is having a lot of problems with cramps now too.

McPherson scores again from 3 yards out. FS 33-22 with 9:50 to go.

Cobras with a quick answer finishing with a 7 yard TD run. Conversion run is good. FS leads 33-30 with 8:07 to go.

FS can’t finish it off and punts. WC has it at their own 38 trailing 33-30 with 4:46 to go.

WC facing 4th and 7 at the FS 47. FS 33-30 with 2:59 to go.

9 yard pass converts the first down.

WC QB scrambles and finds a receiver in the end zone. WC takes the lead 36-33 pending the conversion with 46 seconds left.

The Whites Creek QB only being a sophomore is pretty wild, a lot of poise and confidence in the pocket, big play to take the lead late in the game. Stunned!
