Notes and observations
โ€ข St. X is none the worse after being blanked by Greenwood last week. The Tigers immediately bounced back by shutting out McCracken County, thusly holding on to #1.
โ€ข Everyday is arm day for Trinity, as the Rocks have allowed two earned runs in the last seven games. Gray Davis flirted with a no-no against Providence (IN), striking out 12 along the way.

โ€ข Pitcher's duel of the week honors go to Whitley County versus Adair County. Isaac Rodgers (๐Ÿน) and Ethan Allen (๐Ÿ‡พ๐Ÿ‡ช) both went the distance in Adairโ€™s 1-0 win.
โ€ข Adair's inclusion this week gives the 5th Region three teams in the Top 25. There's some individual juice flowing in that region, as well: Adair's Brayton Coomer leads the state in dingers with 11, while LaRueโ€™s Brayden Singleton ranks #1 in RBIs with 42.
โ€ข The Rebels have reached a โ€œrolling Boyleโ€ in โ€˜Title Townโ€™. Boyle County has gone 6-0 in the last week to extend its winning streak to 16.
โ€ข LexCath is the weeks high riser, moving four places after a 5-0 week that saw the Knights blistering the base paths for 51 runs. On the other end of the spectrum, Harrison County slipped five spots after limping to three straight losses last week. The โ€˜Breds were held scoreless by Beechwood and Bullitt East.
