Final from Walton.

Can't wait to get details from someone who attended, this certainly was a closer game than I'd have anticipated.

Walton lead by 6 at half.  Holy Cross took the lead in 3rd and never gave it back.  Walton had the ball with a chance to get the lead back with 3 or 4 minutes left.  Holy Cross made plays down the stretch, and free throws.  Walton played well and Terrell was really good tonight.  Fun game to watch.

Thanks T&S.  Doubt I will get hands on a box score, but I'm assuming WV didn't turn it over 20+ times, and assuming HC didn't shoot well from the arc.

Sounds like it was a great game, hope there was a terrific crowd as part of that Doubleheader.

Walton for most part handled pressure ok.  They did have a few turnovers.  Holy Cross is really good at pressure.  Walton's zone bothered Holy Cross at times.  Crowd was really good.  Not very many empty seats. Plus band was there, great atmosphere.
