There is not a lot of marquee matchups with this weeks games, but one of them is a Thursday night game in Detroit between the Lions and the Packers. Sunday's game has a AFC matchup between the Browns and the Steelers in the 1:00pm slot in the 4:25 slot there is the Bills at the Rams. The SNF game has the Chargers at the Chiefs. The week concludes with a game of interest probably only to Bengals or Cowboy fans has Cincy going to "Jerry World" for MNF.

The Lions up late in the first quarter on the Packers 7-0.

Lions' pickup a 42-yard FG after a Packer turnover and now lead 10-0 midway through the first quarter.

Lions have an interception overturned for a PI and come back and score to now make it 10-7 Lions with just over 6 minutes left in the first half.

The Lions end the half with a good drive capped off with a touchdown from the 1 on a 4th and goal on the last play of the first half and now lead the Packers 17-7 and the Packers get the ball to begin the 2nd half.

The Packers go down and score to start the 2nd half and it is now 17-14 Lions. This has been a very good and entertaining game so far.

The Packers turn a Goff interception into 7 more and take the lead at 21-17 and the Lions come right back down to lead again at 24-21 with 5:02 still left in the 3rd quarter.

A heck of a game now tied at 31 at the 2 minute warning. The Lions have the ball in FG range at the Packer 30. 

The Lions win it 34-31 on a 35 yard FG as time expired.
