2007 Queen City Classic

Rematch of the championship game from last year. This should be a good game along with many others in this classic.

14th region baseball is GREAT. It will be a fun spring to watch and play in. Some great competitors and coaches through out the region.

Don't think there will be a dominant pitcher in the region that will strike out 10or 12 against the better teams, like Q. Morgan (Leslie), Muncie (Powell), and Osborne (Lee) had the ability to do on a given day last year.

Meant to. Sorry about that, typed in Hyden twice. Jimmy Joe is definitely one of the top left handed pitchers in the 14th.

I agree that there aren't any dominant pitchers this year. Will be a hitters year in 07. Better score some runs and play defense.

Clemons kid at Jackson City has pretty good arm.

I remember seeing him play at the middle school level.He was a tall lefty with a lot of movement in his pitches.

Kinser for Powell Co. should be #3 pitcher for the Pirates. Pitched a no hitter in the regional last year against Breathitt. Profitt for Powell should also be a top pitcher. Powell is a threat to repeat as champs.
