All Play No Work
NCC in control from the start and never trailed but St. Henry did make one huge run to cut it to 57-54 with 1:22 left. Breds did all the scoring the rest of the way. NCC up 13-5 after one. Bad last 10 seconds of the first half (Kiernan picked up foul #2 with 9 seconds left, St. Henry hit one foul shot, missed the other and out in the rebound with Kiernan on the bench. That cut it to 34-22 at the half. Crusaders made on big run to cut it to 7 at 54-47, then got it to 55-50, then 57-54 before NCC made a few foul shots and St. Henry missed a couple of threes. St. Henry had no answer for Kiernan in the first half, and if NCC got the ball up the floor St. Henry could not stop them. St. Henry was able to force enough backcourt turnovers in the fourth quarter to get right back in it but NCC got the ball to Kiernan inside twice and that's ballgame. Qryche11
This is a big win for NCC as I thought St. Henry was making a legitimate run as All A and 9th REgion favorite. Keirnan is the best big man up here. How did the supporting cast play for the Breds?

Keirnan is the best big man up here. How did the supporting cast play for the Breds? The supporting cast actually played well in most aspects of the game. St. Henry full court pressed the entire game and was the deeper team, but NCC got it up the floor enough despite turning it over more than a few times. Kiernan opens up the 3 point shooters and NCC knocked them down. NCC's defense actually won the game as they did a good job limiting St. Henry to one contested shot with Kiernan controlling the rebounds.

Sandman
Breds win 4th Ninth Region All-A in a row. That's a nice accomplishment, especially in the Ninth Region with all the balance between NCC, HC, and St. H.
