Williamstown is a lot like Deming. I think they are both 20 or 25 year schools. Every so often they get a small group of players who play well together and when they are juniors or seniors they excel. But for the years in between they might have one or two decent players at a time, but no depth to support the two players.

Williamstown had a decent team last few years now they're like any small school limited resources and then once in a while a group comes together and makes a run, they're suffering what every small school has done every other year rebuilding.
