Game took awhile to get to the running clock but it was never even close. Carroll County did a good job of bleeding a lot of clock and also making Beechwood go the long way to score after the first TD of the night was a bomb from Hayden to Fryman. The only real scoring threat for Carroll County came on their second drive when their FB took a dive play up the middle and broke it for a 30-40 yard run but the very next play Carroll fumbled it away and never made much noise offensively the rest of the game.

Carroll will look to rebound next week vs Gallatin County. With Bracken County’s loss to Owen County that should about wrap up the 2 seed for Carroll and it couldn’t come at a better time cause  last night  Carroll came out of this very banged up as numerous key players got injured so I hope they can heal up and be ready for playoffs.  As for Beechwood they have a home game against Bracken County and then they will be off the final week before playoffs begin.
