The young Wildcats built a 12 point halftime lead, then held off a furious Eminence rally to earn their sixth regional berth in the past seven years.
Gallatin (12-17) faces Owen County in tomorrow night championship at Trimble County.
The Warriors finish at 17-13.

Sophomore point guard Matt Griffin scored 32 points to go along with 7 assists and 5 rebounds.
Juniors Kellen Dossett had 11 points and 8 rebounds and Eli Newman added 10 points.

A great game! Griffin put on a show.

These district tournaments have been nothing but madness!

This was definitely not a pretty game to watch both teams had quite a few turnovers and missed free throws down the stretch!
