Boyd County at Ashland Updates

The second meeting between bitter rivals takes place tonight at Ashland's Anderson Gymnasium.

The Tomcats downed the Lions 77-68 at Boyd County on December 13th. Ashland shot 56% from the field that night with five players scoring at least 12 points. Boyd County shot a putrid 3/24 from behind the arc. If they're on tonight, this will be a great game.

Ashland was thoroughly in control during the first meeting. Not the case tonight. Shots are falling for Boyd County, led by Rhett Holbrook's 15 points. Rheyce Deboard leads Ashland with 14. The Lions are winning the glass by a decisive 21-10 margin.
