Nip and tuck game. Two Teagan Moore free throws with 3:24 to play put Owen up for good. Two more and a couple of layups in the final minutes by Brax Ward sealed the win.

Owen County will face Washington County, an upset winner over LCA, in tomorrow's quarterfinals.

Very low scoring game, seems to be a trend in these first round games most years. Takes a game or two for players to adjust to the size of the court, depth perception, and the crowd. 

Either way, survive and advance is what they always say. Owen scrapped it out and advanced to the "elite 8". Congrats Rebels!

One crazy note is that Owen County played 4 of their 5 starters the entirety of the game. If they have the intentions of making a run in the tournament, it might catch up to them in one of these games.
