All Star performance does cross-fit and performance training for young adults and adults.  I have 3 children, two college athletes and one still in high school who have participated.  The training protects from injury as well as helps them gain strength, balance, and fitness.

This class is specific for soccer athletes.  Will include some foot skills as well as strength and conditioning work sports specific.

They offer other classes specific to other sports as well.  Their facebook page is a good source of information.
