Valley lives and dies by the cutting to the basket. A good disciplined defensive team can very easily shut Valley down. Defensively they do a really good job with their 3/4 Court 2-2-1, but if you can break their pressure and avoid backtips they are generally not very good in transitioning to a zone defense.
