Metcalfe gets the shut out victory tonight to move to 8-0 for just the second time in school history. The offense was a bit sluggish tonight with penalties and a couple injuries that will hopefully be minor ones moving forward. The defense was dominant all night. All in all coming off a bye week and a big district matchup next week I’ll take a victory. 

Metcalfe/Green next week is a huge game. The winner gets the one-seed and should handle Washington County. Loser gets a very tough first round opponent in Somerset and with a win would then have a very difficult second round road game. Lots on the line in Greensburg!

    After week 4 Metcalfe was a clear Favorite. Now Green looks to have built momentum, and has closed that gap. Should be a great game.
