What a region, so much to unpack here!!!

Ballard and Highlands Latin is a sneaky good first round game.

St. X and Francis Parker will be 10-0 at some point.

I like Manual over KCD by a couple of goals, but it will be a spirited match and should be fun to watch.

Trinity and Collegiate is AWESOME, and you could make the case that the Runner-Up is actually the favorite.  Trinity beat them 2-1 very early in the season, but Trinity hasn't been great down the stretch, so Collegiate has to be confident that they have a shot here.

The semis' match-up with Ballard and St. Xavier just might be the two best teams in the state overall, so a shame that one of them will be done so soon.  I like the winner of Trinity and Collegiate to then beat Manual.

I expect the winner of Ballard and St. X to win the 7th, but don't count out whomever wins the first round match-up between Trinity and Collegiate.

What an awesome event....this maybe higher level soccer than the Elite Eight and Final Four this year for the entire state.

Enjoy it, Louisville BGP'ers.  What a treat!!!
