Heard Carroll has had good numbers in the weight room. Is this the year they get over the hump and wins the district? I believe the Bearcats of Walton Verona have won it 8 consecutive years .

They've been competitive with WV in recent years and return some good pieces from last season. They should at least be competitive again, but WV returns some good pieces too. Wrestling the district away from them will take some work.
