Spring Practice

Featured Replies

I am curious since I saw something posted on social media talking about a Spring practice for a High School soccer team.  Obviously, this is very normal for High School football to have Spring practice.  I think for football there is a window that they can do this based on the KHSAA by laws.  Just curious if a ton of High School soccer programs utilize some sort of Spring practice or what I saw out there an anomaly...

I realize a lot of programs might not do this with soccer since "club" soccer is going full force for the Spring club season.....

I have not heard of this being the case.  My guess as to why would be many of both the kids and in particular coaches already have a full slate of club games that include travel, showcases, etc.  My guess for what its worth.
