What does Berea need to do to improve in 2007? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

Agreed. They must have some sort of consistency in the coaching staff. Counting back to the Anthony Barsch days, (who probably had the longest tenure of any BCS Football coach, 7 seasons I believe from '90 to '97) the new coach hired will be the 6th different coach since '97.

 

But further, they need to prove to the kids and the community (parents and boosters) that they do want Football to be successful by doing visable things to promote the program.

I totally agree with you. The kids there seem to want to play football but like I said you have to have the support there and stick to it just because they play soccer there and have great success with it they can have a great football program and have great success with it to!!!!:ylsuper: :ylsuper:
