    Garrard has pulled the upset 14-13

    Congratulations to Garrard.  Not sure I would consider an upset.  Garrard lost to Bell by 8 and Rock by 24.  Rock did beat Estill and Garrard lost to them.  I kinda think they are two evenly matched teams.
