Highlands (20-6) last won the 9th in 2001. For Dixie (25-2) the drought has been a little longer - 1996.

The teams met on January 16 at Highlands. A game in which niether team shot well, Dixie won 36-33. Missing from this game however, was Bluebirds center Cecilia Shick. 

The Colonels are riding the state's longest winning streak, now at 20 games.

Four probable SR starters tonight for Highlands: Kelsey Listerman, Rory O'Hara, Emma Riccobene, and Emma Mallery.

Dixie, which has a younger core group, will start SRs Sydney Lockard, and Laci Reinhart.
