Lloyd has got to be the best 2-8 team around who are also riding an 8 game losing streak.

I use the word ‘best’ loosely, but no matter what they’ll give their opponent a game, and typically control a lightning fast tempo. They’re certainly entertaining, and while Holy Cross jumped out to a big lead in the game, and I think were up by as much as 18 early, the Juggs just kept playing like they always do with expectations of winning, and near the end of the 4th quarter in a game where the Indians lead most of the time by about 10,  managed to cut the lead to 4 at 66-62. As we see by the final score they could not overcome, but it wasn’t for lack of trying. 

The Juggs are scheduled to face off with the Holmes Bulldogs today at 3:30, and I’ll go out on a limb and say they finally get the ‘W’. No doubt it’s going to be a great game that will leave whoever’s in attendance breathless. Expect a fast crazy game.
